Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

At Makeuup.pk, we take pride in delivering high-quality skincare, makeup, and haircare products. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work at Makeuup.pk, keeping both customer satisfaction and industry hygiene standards in Pakistan in mind.


1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (different brand, variant, or item than ordered).

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.

  • The product is expired or near expiry (within 3 months of the delivery date).

  • The product is missing from the package despite being charged for.

❗ Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene reasons and in accordance with local health regulations.


2. Return & Complaint Window

You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return or report a problem:

  • Or email support@makeuup.pk with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Returns requested after 48 hours will not be entertained.


3. Return Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  1. Our team will review the complaint and evidence within 2 business days.

  2. If approved, we’ll arrange a free return pickup or guide you to courier the item back to us.

  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.


4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product, using one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa

  • Store Credit (for future purchases at Makeuup.pk)

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or expired items. We do not offer exchanges for items that are no longer needed, wanted, or were wrongly ordered by the customer.


6. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been opened, used, or swatched

  • Items without original packaging, seals, or labels

  • Products bought during sales or using discount codes, unless defective

  • Personal items such as lipsticks, mascara, foundations, etc., once unsealed


7. Cancelation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel, WhatsApp us promptly with your order number.
