Return & Exchange Policy

At Makeup, we want you to receive the right products in safe condition. Please read our return and exchange policy before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, incorrect, expired, or has a manufacturing issue.

Time Limit
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Product Condition
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Used, opened, or damaged-by-customer products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup, skincare, and haircare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please send us your order number, clear pictures, and an unboxing video if available.

Exchange Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds
Refunds may be offered only if a replacement is not available. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of wrong or damaged items sent from our side, exchange shipping may be covered by us.
